At Maxil AutoCare, we take pride in offering high-quality AutoCare products specially designed for Indian customers and vehicles. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In its original packaging with all components intact
    • Supported by clear photos and videos of the unboxing (must be recorded at the time of opening the package)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@maxil.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos and video of the unboxing showing the product condition
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days.
  3. If approved, we will coordinate the return pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

3. Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued only upon approval after inspection of the returned product.
  • The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • In special cases, we may offer an alternative refund method as per customer preference.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • There is no unboxing video or sufficient evidence
  • The request is made after 7 days from delivery
